신은 어디 계실까

성경 속에 흥미로운 구절 중 하나를 꼽자면

하나님이 불꽃같은 눈으로 우리를 바라보고 계신다는 말씀이다.

어디요? 어디에 계신가요? 둘러보지만 

실제 불꽃은 우리 눈에 안보이죠.

아마 강렬하게 하나도 빠짐없이 똑똑히 보고 계신다는 말씀일텐데

 

내가 경험한 하나님은 시간속에 시간의 형태로 우리와 함께 하신다.

시간....

참 신기하다..

눈에 보이지 않고 손에 안잡히고 이런 것을 물리학자들은

어떻게 실체를 알아낸것일까..

시간은 매초 매순간 로그를 남긴다.

그래서 하나님은 우리의 일거수 일투족 숨소리까지 다 로그를 갖고 계신다.

 

또한 하나님은 시간이시기에 우리의 기도를 가장 적합한 시간대에

실현하신다. 우리는 그저 기다리기만 하면 된다.

 

아브라함에게 하늘의 별을 봐라..네가 셀 수 있는지..

하늘의 별은 20년전 빛, 100년전 빛, 1년전 빛, 1000천년전 빛

그게 동시에 우리 눈에 들어온다.

하나님의 우리의과거와 미래, 시작과 끝을 동시에 보고 계신다.

 

시간은 모든것의 해결책이기도 하다

시간이 해결하지 못하는 문제는 없다.

그래서 우리의 생명도 일종의 시간이다.

 

그래서 내가 경험한 불꽃같은 하나님은

바로 시간의 형태로 우리와 함께 하고 계신다.

 

 

Where is God?

One of the most intriguing verses in the Bible is the one that says God is watching us with eyes like flames of fire. Where is He? Where is He located? We look around, but we can't actually see any flames with our eyes. It probably means that He is intensely watching us without missing a single detail.

The God I have experienced is with us in the form of time. Time... it's truly fascinating. It’s invisible, untouchable, and yet how do physicists figure out its reality?

Time leaves a log every second, every moment. So, God has a record of our every action, even our breaths. Moreover, as God is time, He realizes our prayers at the most suitable time. All we have to do is wait.

To Abraham, God said, "Look at the stars in the sky... Can you count them?" The light of the stars we see comes from 20 years ago, 100 years ago, a year ago, a thousand years ago, all at once into our eyes. God sees our past and future, the beginning and the end, all at the same time.

Time is also the solution to everything. There is no problem that time cannot solve. Therefore, our life is a kind of time.

So, the God of flames I have experienced is indeed with us in the form of time.
